We payroll and employ highly skilled contractors and absorb all Labour Risk whilst our contractors/employees are managed by our client either on site or whilst working from home on your projects.
Getting it right the first time
When a client decides to employ our highly skilled candidate on a permanent basis, we ensure that the candidate is:
•Ready to deploy his/her skills at his/her new employer.
Should the candidate resign or is unable to perform duties in a 4-month period from the date of employment, SEBOVISTA ensures that the candidate is replaced at no further charge.
